Moon and Lola

I placed an order with M&L on 11/23 for 4 Your Word Nora Bangles. My order was confirmed and the charge was drafted out of my bank account. As of 1/8/21, I have not received a shipping notification.nThese bangles are gifts for a group of friends in which one of our own was tragically killed in a car accident on 11/22.nI have emailed customer service (Dec.15th) and called the office line twice in the past 2 weeks, left voicemails both times, and have not gotten a response from any of those attempts. ud83dude14 I was hoping they would respond with assistance in regards to my order and it's status before it came to this. I love M&L and have supported this small business many times. I'm disappointed that I haven't gotten a response to this issue as of yet. I hope to hear something soon.

When I walked into the store the people that where there where so amazing. I wish I had gotten the cashiers name because she was so interactive with me and just really made my shopping experience amazing. Like i said if I had here name I would defiantly suggest a raise she was so amazing. I can't say enough nice things about her. If shes working ill defiantly come back and spend more money. The cashier that was there could honestly talk me into buying almost everything in the store. she was amazing. Thank you so much for finally giving me the experience there that I wanted.

I ordered my now wife the Mini Monogramed necklace as a wedding present and she loves it. I had procrastinated placing the order, and did not submit it until a little under two weeks before our wedding date. I reached out to Moon and Lola customer service to explain the situation, and they were able to rush the order and get it ready for me to pick up the day before the wedding. The customer service representative was so helpful, and my wife wears the necklace every day now. Would recommend Moon and Lola to anyone!
