My dog jumped up and caught his nails on my new engagement ring which bent it. I was hesitant to take it just anywhere but my mom suggested this place. I walked in and asked how much to fix it as I knew there would be a charge since I didn’t buy it from them. They told me not to worry about it and in less than 5 minutes, I had my ring back! I’m very excited to have my ring back to new and have a jeweler that has great reviews and great customer service.

My husband and I have both worked with Michelle on my custom engagement and then son's birthstone ring. She is amazing and made our vision come to life! They offer boutique services and work hands-on to get every detail right.

I just moved here recently from Miami I’ve worked with jewelers before and have been looking for a jeweler to refurbish my moms wedding ring that is now mines. It came out absolutely stunning great craftsmanship and fast work! Only took about a week.

DISASTER! We took our 5 yr old daughter here to get her ears pierced. She had been begging us and was super excited. When the ear pierce man came out and sat her in the chair she got a little nervous. He was able to get the first hole done. My daughter then started screaming and crying... to be expected from a 5 year old, right? The piercing man then threw his hands up and said “I’m not doing this, get her out of here.” (All of this in front of EVERYONE in the store) So I took her outside for a breather. While I was outside with my daughter the piercing man was antagonizing and basically accusing my husband of us forcing her to have her ears pierced against her will. Like, why would anyone do that? So we went back inside to try again for the other ear, once my daughter had calmed down. It took some effort for sure. During the second attempt he kept asking my daughter “are you sure YOU want this?” Insinuating WE wanted it not her. Well, finally she got the second ear pierced. This experience couldn’t have gone any worse. I understand that the screaming and crying was dramatic, but that’s no excuse for treating customers and children most of all that way. This man shouldn’t be working with children if he can’t handle the way they act. And DEFINITELY shouldn’t be accusing anyone of anything. If I were him I’d be embarrassed.
