Better Dental

Had a great visit to Better Dental. I appreciate their early hours for appointments; the cleanliness during this pandemic is reassuring. Walking in the office, you're always pleasantly greeted and treated with the utmost respect and care. Dr. David is straight forward with what is recommended and what is required.nIt's like talking with friends when I'm in there. And depending on the procedure, I almost always leave with a great cup of coffee!

One of the best things about Better Dental is that the staff members are so friendly and accommodating! I’ve been a patient here since 2019 and every experience I’ve had at this office has been positive and pleasant. I was nervous about getting a tooth pulled for the first time, but Alison and Dr. Draper made me feel so comfortable and the procedure went very smoothly! Love this place!

Dr. David is SO good and patient with kids (and adults). Everyone at the practice is always super nice and helpful. We've recently seen Dr. P and he is also amazing!!! Love the Saturday hours, late workweek hours and the convenience of their new office in Cary! 100% recommended!!

The staff at Better Dental in Apex are compassionate, friendly, understanding, NON-JUDGMENTAL, fun, relaxing, and considerate people. I've had some really horrible experiences with dentists in the past, making me paranoid and scared of everyone in the dental industry. My experience at Better Dental changed that for good.nnThe front office staff is AMAZING... from Morgan, who called me back on a day the office was closed to help me get an appointment before my dental benefits ran out; to Sara who greeted me with a warm smile each time I walked in the office; to Hunter who was literally cheering for me as I successfully got through my treatment plan.nnThe dental staff is WONDERFUL. Melanie, who did my deep cleaning, was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and funny. She answered every single question I asked from the basic to the absurd and she was never annoyed or too busy. Dr. Bridget Swope while busy, always took her time, explained what she was about to do, made eye contact when I was talking to her or her to me. She was understanding and compassionate.nnThe office is busy (another sign of how great the staff is), but it's run so efficiently that when I am at my appointment, I feel like the only patient in the office.nnThank you Dr. Bridget, Melanie, Sara, Morgan, and Hunter for giving me back trust in the dental community and repairing the mental, psychological, and sometimes physical harm done to me over many years, by other dentists, techs, hygienists, and support staff that were rushed, inconsiderate, too busy to care, rude and at least once in my life inhumane.nnFor the first time in my life, I'm looking forward to my next dental appointment!
