Olive Chapel Family Dentistry: Dustin Prusik, DDS

I cannot give the proper credit to this practice! First, extremely clean...well organized and the staff is amazing!!!! Second, the physician is super personable and such an amazing dentist. I came in at 39 weeks pregnant with a massive throbbing pain, he and his staff worked EXTRA HOURS To ensure that my pain would be taken care of prior to delivery. I cannot wait to bring my daughter here. I’ve told my husband and al friends about this practice. For the first tine I feel like provider care has not been diminished. No doubts, please know that all questions and concerns will be addressed here! Thank you so much to the incredible staff!

Came in very last minute for an emergency dental appt. I’d avoided it for years, at first due to no insurance and then because i was embarrassed at having not been to the dentist for so long. They did not make me feel judged at all. They got me in right away for an emergency appt and even happened to have a cleaning open up for right then as well. The people were super nice and took great care of me. Highly recommend.

Left me in pain and refused to allow me to pay a small balance over lost sleep. Would not give me anything for pain but what I can get from a grocery store. Would not preform an procedure to get me out of pain? Let me leave in tears. My ear hurting and lack of sleep. Lacking in bedside manner.

Nice facility, nice staff, outstanding service. Highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly, thorough, answered my questions, and they practiced good covid safety protocols.
