Dr. Howard is simply the best. He’s so caring and genuine. I’ve been seeing him so log I feel like he’s family. I went in because my crown broke last night during dinner and I really wanted to be seen immediately and because of him I got in today. His assistant, Alyanna was simply the best! She’s professional, funny, and just a great personality and bed side manner. I’m very appreciative of the service And care I received today.

We’ve been going to Lane and Associates in Cary for the last year and a half and never had a bad experience. I must however mention Dr. C, who treated my 9.5 year old son who had 5 cavities! I was extremely concerned with how he will do but Dr. C was just exceptional! My son said it barely hurt and was not afraid at all after the first treatment (he had to complete 3 treatments in order to fix all 5 cavities). I just can’t thank him enough for taking such great care of my little one and making him feel as comfortable as possible.

I had an extraction on my failed root canal tooth with Dr.Howard and was highly pleased with the procedure and the post operative care . Dr. Howard is down to earth and has an amazing personality in making things really really comfortable . He didn’t rush up things and is highly skilled .The assistants were really kind . I would highly recommend Dr.Howard and team. I would also like to thank the management and heather in specific for helping me sort an issue with billing in a very professional manner. Highly appreciate the entire team of the lane and associates of Cary green level.

Dr Howard and his staff have provided exceptional dental care to me and my family over the years. Anyone in search of a dentist should highly consider Dr. Howard and the crew over at Lane and Associates in Cary. In particular I sought out Dr. Howard for his expertise in regard to implants, and walked away completely satisfied with the experience and the results. Also a quick “hats off” to the hygienist Megan for her excellence, professionalism and skills . She is the “bee’s knees” for sure !

Y’all let me tell you this place is heaven sent. My son is TERRIFIED of anything doctor. And then we met Dr. Zhao she has young sons of her own and she is so good with him. He is actually excited to come here. (sometimes I tell him we’re coming here when we go to others doctors appointments to get him in the car). ud83dude05 Everyone at this office is so kind and the front desk always does a great job finding my family appointments in the same time frame. If you know how hard it is to get everyone out the door and in the car this is a BLESSING. I believe Heather is the manager she is the bomb she will HELP you. Another plus is there is a Starbucks right across the street! I know I need it when we’re done, it’s a great reward for getting everyone to the dentist.
