I have been going to Dr Bass and Dr Watson for about 14 years and the whole practice is fabulous! From the receptionists and hygienists are so friendly and professional. They have all been there for many years which shows that it is a good working environment. I have always appreciated Dr. Bass's gracious manner, his attention to detail, he stays current with new technology and practices, and doesn't push unnecessary procedures. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. I have also migrated my 4 teenagers over from their pediatric dentist and they have all been happy.
Technician was very friendly, helpful and patient with my need for less water use and more by hand cleaning. I definitely asked for her again.nDentists are always professional and friendly.nTheir philosophy is to know all they can about your teeth to provide excellent care while giving you the informed options to choose for yourself.nI have their subscription plan which would be a little more money in a no problem year but this year saved me about $150
Our family has seen Dr. Bass and staff for years and Dr Watson is a stellar addition to the team! The office works together like a well-oiled machine and we always leave having had a positive experience. Everyone is both warm and professional. Even my small children look forward to going to the dentist ☺ufe0f. Dr. Bass has also been great in more than one emergency/off-hours situation. Highly recommend!
Very positive experience! I started seeing Dr. Bass in January, 2021 after recently moving into the area. I've seen he and one of the hygienists 3 times, and on each occassion have had an excellent experience. Dr. Bass and his staff show a high degree of care about patient comfort, minimizing pain, explaining procedures thoroughly, and knowledge, geared towards making the patient experience as pleasant as possible.
I just had a very friendly and the most thorough initial dental exam I've ever had. Assistant Gisoo and Dr Watson took lots of pictures and a 3D imaging of my teeth, followed by a review of each tooth and how it's doing, and took periodontal measurements. The exam ended with a discussion of the teeth that needed attention while viewing the teeth on a monitor, options for treatment, and the creation of a treatment plan. Ginger at the front desk ran the plan through my Medicare Advantage insurance, and with Dr Watson's and my input, adjusted the plan for maximum insurance help, resulting in insurance covering 59% of the cost. I left with clear knowledge of how my teeth are doing and how we will treat them, including my options for sedation, and what it all will cost after insurance. A great dental visit.
