He did amazing. My wedding band broke back in August and had this place recommended to me. I just picked it up an hour ago and it's the best it has ever looked. I can't say how grateful and impressed I am.

Walked in looking for some diamond earrings in my budget. The guy delivered. Will definitely go back again when I'm in need of any more jewelry.

The owner was very friendly and helped me with the problems I was having with my wedding ring. The service was fast and my ring turned out perfect.

I have been to the shop twice only for watch batteries and both times I have been treated most warmly and the wait is less than 5 minutes. The operator is a pro at what he does and how he treats people. If I need jewelry, this is the place!!

I was very surprised to find bad reviews about this store! I have found the customer service to be excellent.nnI recently moved to Mt. Airy and went to B & L Jewelers when I needed some jewelry repair. I found the owner to be a delightful person - we had a nice chat after I explained the repair I needed. The repair was done accurately and was completed when promised. Since then I have made several purchases at this store, and have always been treated kindly and respectfully. The owner has been very accommodating when I wanted minor changes/additions to some of the jewelry I have bought.
