My first experience at Gentle Pain Release was absolutely amazing! My first encounter with their clients proves that what they do here really works. The patients are all in such high spirits and will strike up a conversation whilst waiting in the lobby. This is so foreign to me- I’m use to doctors offices where no one really speaks to each other. This was a breath of fresh air! The staff is incredibly friendly. Adam is so professional and is so through in explaining everything that he finds out of sorts with your muscles and explains problems that may occur down the road if misalignments persist. He gives your “homework” to help improve his treatment— which works! I am so grateful to have found him again! He is the absolute best in finding the issue and helping you resolve it. I cannot say enough good things about him! If you’re in pain- seek this holy grail of alternative treatments out! I promise you will not be disappointed!

I’ve tried several offices for Physical Therapy n the past. Gentle Pain Release is by far the best! I don’t have pain afterwards and I feel relaxed & refreshed and so much better physically and mentally.nWhen it comes to Massage Therapy, Adam Silverburg is absolutely amazing. I have migraines and chronic neck & back pain. I always feel rejuvenated and relaxed after my appointment.nI really can’t put my all of my gratitude and appreciation for Gentle Pain Release into words! They have been so amazing!
