What an awesome staff, I have been in there several times to have different watches adjusted and they are very friendly and very helpful. They have some lovely pieces of jewelry there as well. Hopefully one day I will actually purchase something from Rudy’s but in the meantime they have been an outstanding company to do business with and they excel at customer service.
