We have had a wonderful experience with the Hendersonville office! They are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to answer any questions you may have. They truly value their patients! I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the office atmosphere. Such great personalized service! My son also loves the point system they use as an incentive : )

My daughter got her braces put on today. She was so nervous but Clara made her feel so comfortable and made sure she was ok the whole time. She even made sure I knew what she was doing as she went along and gave very thorough after care instructions. From the start B.R.O has been wonderful. Our consultation was what really made us choose them. They broke everything down for us and made sure we understood and were comfortable with the different treatment options. They didn't pressure us into anything like other places have. If you're looking for an orthodontist, B.R.O is the place to go!!

While searching for a place to have a consult for Invisalign, BRO was recommended to me! From the very beginning each and every staff member was so very kind and professional! Each person went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of! Dr. Roberts really took time to answer each question I had and made me feel confident in his recommendations! Allison handled the financial aspect with great professionalism. She was so patient with my many questions! I am looking forward to completing my Invisalign with them! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Our family loves BRO!!! This is our second time with them and they are absolutely amazing especially during these difficult times.
