i love the staff there but miss Astrid was very rude and not the kindness towards me and i just felt disrespected but i’m happy with how my smile came out and other than that it’s a great orthodontist.

I got braces with Dr. Edney about 8 years ago. Whenever I got my braces off, my front teeth were still not how I wanted them so Dr. Edney provided me with a wire retainer that would push my front right tooth forward a bit. Looking back he took them off way too early. He should have waited. I also had a wire permanent bottom retainer placed on the bottom to hold my teeth in place.nnAfter some time, probably about a year he put me in clear retainers. Those were fine, but my front tooth was still not where it needed to be. I complained about it every time I went in.nnA couple years after that, I went in to get my bottom permanent retainer fixed because it broke. They were trying to charge me some astronomical price to TAKE OFF the bottom retainer. I said forget it, and left.nnMy bottom retainer is still in my mouth on a couple of my teeth but it’s completely broken. Cannot believe they didn’t even take it off for free.nnAlso my clear retainers got super worn down from wearing them for so long and I brought them in and they wouldn’t do a free retainer replacement.nnI am still clueless as to why he did not put a permanent top retainer on me teeth as well?nnI do not recommend Steve Edney orthodontics if you want your teeth done right. Now that I’m older I am going to have to pay for my teeth to be fixed again and eventually get the broken permanent bottom retainer taken out.nnOn a lighter note, they do have a friendly staff.

We are just starting this journey with my 13 year old. The office staff and Dr Edney treats us both with respect, kindness, and proficiency. She is treated as the patient and can ask any questions she needs. That means alot, as she is the one going through the experience that I have never went through.

Dr. Edney and his entire staff are the absolute best! As an adult I struggled to make the decision to move forward in making my smile look great. After talking with Lauren, Melody and Dr. Edney I knew it was the right/best decision. The appointments were set and the process began. From walking in the door and being greeted with a smile to sitting in the chair of the assistants, my journey was endured together. When I started the process, we became a team.nTwo days after my braces were put on, Dr. Edney called me later in the evening to check on me. To see if I was ok, did I need anything? But his call was also encourage me that I had made the right decision. Not going to lie, at first I thought what have I got myself into.nBut month after month seeing the progress and listening to instructions, 2 years and almost 5 months later I can SEE my smile.nDr. Edney and his team/family are the best. They sincerely care and want their patients to be completely satisfied with their new smile. I would highly recommend them.nIf you are looking for an Orthodontist and team, look no further. You have found them. I promise you will not be disappointed.nAnd btw I recently turned 50 yrs. old.

Dr. Edney and all his staff are wonderful! They are kind, caring, and loving. They are always smiling and upbeat! Dr. Edney made sure my teeth were perfect and all the ladies there gave me plenty of support when I was down. I loved every second and I will miss all of them!
