Exceptional service and really nice folks. A family business

After 3 cancellations on my part, I found Framing Arts to be a warm, friendly, family owned company of enormous help. I asked for a replacement of a cracked bar for the base of a 4x4 canvas. I was educated on what the canvas was stapled to (not a frame, but cheap wood material that will ultimately change the look of the portrait in time, and areas were pointed out of where it’s begun). Still, I opted for a quick fix, because to fix it right would equal the cost of what I paid for the portrait. David and his wife understood that my options were to reorder the portrait or perform the quick fix. Every inch of the frame was inspected and a faint fracture was also found atnthe top. They repaired both bars and stretched the canvas, presented it and it looked like new again. They said “no charge,” but how could I not. Dinner was on me. Now once again, I amnpacking up to move and I’m delighted that my portrait is ready to be hung. Thank you again.nnCiao Hendersonville ud83dudc8b I had a wonderful 2 year stay.

I brought in an original piece of artwork obtained from an artist friend and wanted to get it framed. Not wanting to slap it into just any old frame, I was very glad to have found Framing Arts in Hendersonville online. With a general idea of what I wanted, I was given options to work with, all of which were within the parameters I spelled out. The frame was expertly custom-made to fit the painting. The fabric matte I selected offset the work beautifully; the choice of glass was perfect and the price was reasonable, considering that it would hang in a prominent place at home and that I intend to keep it around for a long time. I was quite happy with the choice of Framing Arts, and I consider myself to have been a low-end customer. Samples of their work on site and the interaction I saw with another customer leave little doubt they will handle pretty much any type of framing job: residential, business or even specialty display work, and will do a fabulous job.
