We’re new to the city and wanted a place to rent a car, and this Avis was close to our house so we thought we’d give it a shot. We’ve since gone back again, and will plan to do so. The Asian gentleman at the counter is always professional and the cars are always in great shape and spotless. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, we never had any unexpected fees, everything was communicated to us upfront, and there were no surprises (I’ve had my share of terrible rental car experiences, so it was refreshing to find this place so great). The only downside I’d say is that they don’t do after-hours drop off, but the convenience, service, and great selection and cleanliness of the cars means we will continue to come back!
Awesome experience, luckily we were the first ones off the shuttle bus so we got to the counter first. Super speedy and got our nice clean car and on our way! VERY affordable too, at least half off what the major guys charge. Thank you Avis Car Rental!
I’ve rented cars 100+ times due to a lot of work travel and my experience at this Avis was by far the best. Super nice staff, nice/ clean cars, and amazing location.nnI usually rent from Hertz, but my experience here is making me consider switching my loyalty.
This place is boom. They have all you need and the price is the best. All the cars are in perfect condition.
Great location, pickup was quick and smooth although front desk was empty for 5 minutes with a be right back sign at 8:15am when they opened only 15 min prior. Got in the car and it hasn’t been cleaned since last use (see picture). This is the only time I’ve ever gotten into a rental car that wasn’t at least vacuumed prior to next persons use. Will update review once I return the car tomorrow.nn*Additional info upon returning the car. I was 30 minutes or so into my rental and driving on the highway when the maintenance required alert came on for the entire day I had the rental.
