I'm very please with Dr. White himself as a dentist but the reception staff can be very uncooperative at times and rude. It seems like after I payed off my daughter's braces the services went downhill. I wanted braces for myself but I won't go with this service even though Dr. White is awesome.

I do not recommend this dentist, he may be good, but the treatment of the staff is very bad. The only thing they are interested in is money, if you are a minute late in paying they will apply the fine immediately. ah! but they can postpone appointments at will. That little smile from the doctor and his staff is a liar.

Dr White’s office was very nice in the beginning as we got closer to the end of two years, they became rude and obnoxious. The retainer we were given broke after about a year and a half. We went back to the office and purchased a new one for $170. This retainer only lasted one year, when I called to set up an appointment for a new retainer I was told it would be $390. I asked why the price was so high? I was told that because she has had her braces off for more than two years. This is ridiculous, we are very careful with the retainers. I feel that the retainers must be poorly made. Apparently this office does not care about referrals to friends and family. Because they will NOT get a good one from me!! I called another orthodontist who is willing to help me, they were very nice and most helpful. I wish that I had given them my business from the beginning.

Dr White is amazing and so is his entire team! Walked us through the entire braces process! Always greeted with a smile and a hand shake. Very affordable. Now that my daughter got hers off, it's time for me to get mine. Would highly recommend!

Hi Dr. White,nnWhile we where checking out I had a issue with the lady that was checking me out. I had asked her if I could get a accurate number of what my out of pocket would be since she did not have that information. I then went to hand my baby to my son who was in the waiting room and immediately when back to stand in front of her. She did not notice me and made a extremely racial comment, she looks at the other lady at the front desk and said to her “ I am going to send her back to the border” and then she repeated it since the other lady asked her what she said. I was so taken aback by her comment, that I asked her “who me”? She then realized I was standing there and didn’t know what to say. So she said “ oh no I was talking to her, my employee, because she didn’t get me the information. I know 100% she was referencing me since I was the only Hispanic there.nn1/31/2019nI called to speak to your office manager. I let her know what was said and what had happened at yesterdays visit. Her basic response was not apologetic at all. She said that she has worked with the lady for 14years and she know she is 100% not racist. She was basically saying that I might have been the cause of the ladies response and I should now take my daughter somewhere else because I will no longer be comfortable at your location and I will always be looking and listening for that lady to say something racist to me. But that she would handle it along with you on Monday.
