This dentist was the most caring, thoughtful person I’ve ever met in my life. I’m a single mother of 2 wonderful kids, while my children are approved for Medicaid the state says I make too much money for any assistance. Meanwhile I support my children on my own, and pay my own bills. I only seek medical or dental care when there’s an emergency. During my visit today I was told I needed 3 extractions, and a flipper equaling to be like 2000$. There’s just no way I could have afforded this. I spoke to the receptionist explaining my circumstances and she spoke to the dentist and told him my story and he waived my bill!! I was in shock! This was the nicest thing anyone has ever in my life done for me. I cried so much. There are people out there that do care about more than money. Get a second opinion before getting any work done there. They are about the money upfront without regard to proper care plan. If I followed their plan I would have had an unnecessary periodontal cleaning, a crown that would have had to been redone as the correction required an implant, unnecessary braces and who knows what else. Thankfully, I became suspicious about the practice when I arrived for my appointment and before being treated, they wanted payment for services not rendered yet. The Office Manager very arrogantly told me to call back when I had the payment for what my insurance did not cover. I had the money but the policy and behavior of the staff did not sit well with me. The next day, I requested my film and took my business elsewhere. I learned that I do not have periodontal disease and that one of the two crowns needed an implant as there was not enough tooth remaining to effectively attach a crown. Instead of taking the proper film to assess that before a final recommendation, the Dr. suggested, he would have to see once he got in there how involved the repair would be. This is dentistry not general surgery. The exact diagnosis can be accomplished with the proper films being taken prior to the procedure. The next dentist did just that and informed me what to expect on treatment day and beyond. I have had the work done and couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

My wife and I have just fresh dental as our dentist for 2 years.nDuring that time both of us have had to go back for an emergency fix: a filing in my molar was not done correctly, causing me severe pain for 4 days until I went back to have them redo it. And not long ago they sewed my wife's tongue to her gums after pulling her wisdom teeth. She only noticed after the numbness went away, but it was still distressing.nnDuring this time they also did their best to push every single little add-on that they could: a routine this or a routine that. And it wasn't until we received the bill that we were informed of the cost. It also felt like going to a mechanics shop for our car, they just wanted to make a sell, regardless of whether it was actually needed or not.nnAll in all, I would not recommend them to anyone. Not worth the money. Find yourself a real dentist who cares.

The service is wonderful. I had pain free extraction of a wisdom tooth and recovered fine . Never had any discomfort. Dr. Patel is delightful and very understanding. The staff is friendly and courteous. However the price of dental care is rising and making it almost impossible for the average person to afford. Something needs to be done about this. More people would seek dental care if it was more affordable. A lot of health problems come from lack of dental care.

Updated review: A year ago I thought this was the best dental practice I had ever been to, but that has all changed. On August 5, 2020 I had an appointment to see about having a procedure done and Dr. Johal said she would have to consult with another doctor and would contact me. A month later I called back and was told they haven't got the consultation yet and they would call me. Another month later I called back and was told the doctor was unavailable. So finally today October 21, 2020 I called back and was told there was nothing they can do for me. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I wasted almost three months waiting on them because they had been so nice in the past. Time to find a new dentist.
