The company required before waiting 15 minutes to depart time, but the driver came back before 10 minutes. The car hasn’t any instructions inside and outside, if you are first time to take the bus how do you know. Finally, the driver cursed people who waited in the car and got off them, if the customer can’t wait in car why he can’t lock the car door before he leave , and then he got off the customers in car just by select, it is not all guests who waited in car,nnBut the bus is arriving before 15 minutes, it’s good.

I took the Flixbus from Portland to Seattle and it was such a good experience! The bus driver was friendly, the bus itself was modern and comfy. The price was unbeatable: $10 from Portland to Seattle!! In future, I will only take FlixBus from now on!

6:50 Seattle Bus to Vancouver Canada. Bus driver is the rudest person I've meet in a long time. Barking orders and answering questions in a belittling way. Often not facing you when talking, talking fast and then expecting that you heard or understood what she said. I was there to drop off my girlfriend who is not American and if I wasn't there, there is no way my girlfriend who speaks near perfect English would have been able to understand a word. Tip to Bolt I'm sure employees are hard to find but fire this one before you get a bad rep.

I take the Bolt every 3 to 5 weeks and absolutely enjoy it. The seats are comfortable enough to get a decent nap in, and majority of the drivers are friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is have your charger out and ready to test the outlets when you board as some don't always work. Other than that, I am a fan of letting someone else take care of the driving.

I took the 10am bus up to Vancouver and the 6pm bus back down on the same day. It was a great experience! Both drivers were professional, nice and cracked a few jokes here and there. If you arrive too early you won't see any signs or other bolt busses but if you stay in the vicinity of 5th and Dearborn you'll soon see a line start to form. I suggest tracking the bus you're scheduled for because mine arrived 10 minutes early. ALSO not all of the outlets work! I had better luck with the outlets in the front seats than the ones in the rear.
