Brandon, Adrianna, and Sam were very helpful and polite. I came in inquired about their firearms and they presented a nice list of options. Upon lookin go I found an AR-15 I had been searching for and it was GREAT quality and brand new. I had to have it and put it on layaway immediately. Highly recommend going to national pawn.
Normally I’m pretty skeptical about buying from a pawn shop but national pawn was honestly an amazing experience. Everything is spaced out clean well and organized as well. And Perla was amazing about greeting me, helping me find exactly what I was looking for at a fantastic price, even allowed me to try out the power tools in the store. Changed my overall look on pawnshops
Had an amazing experience at this store. It was very neat and clean. The staff was simply amazing. The manager that helped me, Brandon was outstanding with his customer service and helped me pick out a great gift at a great price. Definitely will be back to shop for more.
I came in to sell my laptop and was greet by great people! I had previously called to see if it was something that could be worth anything! Kurt answered the phone, he has such great customer service! When I went in, Janice processed the sale and was so patient and great as she got the computer booted up! This shop is absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be back!
Awesome staff... very professional and nice. Agreed to a fair price on the item I was wanting to pawn. This is the Best pawn shop I’ve ever dealt with and the process was seamlessly fast from the door to money in my pocket. This is the only pawn shop I will ever go to in the Winston area. They also treat veterans really well which is a huge plus. Thanks guys for helping me out today and I can’t wait to work with you guys in the future.
