This place is the worst! The doctors do everything they can to avoid actually speaking to their patients. They simply want your money and do not care. The doctor will come over when something is in your mouth so you can’t speak with him then when you ask to speak with him afterward he refuses.

This place didn't even deserve a star, they are just some unprofessional with a suit on. They're just good at draining people wallet. I paid almost $ 6000 for my braces and when they took them off, they told me that I had to wear retainer for a year and a half which I did. During that time I thought I was in a diet mode because I had my retainer days and night which prevent me from snack and sometimes lunches. I mean it was better for me to skip lunch when I was out instead of taking my retainer off in public. After I reached the period of time that I should stop wear my retainer, I noticed gap between my teeth, when I went back to Shemak and Hanson office to complain about it , this is when all the bull s.. t started. Now they are telling that I should wear my retainer for life time which they never mention before and to fix those gaps I have to pay for another braces. Finally, after spending 3 years wearing braces to fix my gaps I ended up with them again 4 to 5 months after I stop wearing retainer. Worst experience ever.

The Best in the Piedmont Triad. Dr. Hansen and the Staff are Excellent. Patient, Kind, Knowledgeable. Just an excellent environment and atmosphere created by the Dr. & Staff. 2 Happy clients so far and 3 more in the years to come.

The staff is so nice. There are 3 locations. And Dr. Hanson is the best, he called after my daughter got her braces to check on her left his home and cell number just in case we needed anything.
