A B C Store Warsaw

On of the best ABC stores in North Carolina with a great selection in all kinds of alcoholic brands.

Not a good experience!!! I was attending a gathering that night and im not a drinker so i was browsing and just looking at what they offerd. That afternoon they had two ladies working that I seen. One lady was super helpful and nice the entire time and not so much! This younger lady waited until we ( my boyfriend was with me )had already been in store a good 5 min when she walked over with mask in her hand holding them at us but nobody was in the store when we went in but she didnt mention it then. We put them on with no words said because we didn't mind. She was holding them up and said please and thank you without even stopping or making eye contact and it was a bit snotty yet still we said nothing about that and after another atleast 5 min she made the insinuation i had taken an airplane bottle off the shelf, which I DID NOT TOUCH THAT ONE AT ALL!! They didn't have a barrier blocking customers from walking into that part of the isle so I was just looking and picked only 1 but when she said it was off limits I had no problem walking away from that area and i was holding the one up showing her what i had in my hand yet she proceeded to ask if I had taken some other bottle which I found was very rude of her seeing how i was already holding the 1 and only item I had. I have always felt welcomed until this day and i started to post that day but I allowed myself time to calm my nerves so I could give a less aggressive review and be able to post the important part of what i have to say about it. Needless to say i passed my items to my boyfriend and I just walked out because I was to the point with her I was able to say something but I was made to feel very unwelcome and I am sure since I only shop their 1 time every month or two they don't care about my business but i personally feel every option should matter.

I would have given the Warsaw 5 stars but they didn't have what I was looking for. They did have a nice selection for a smaller store and a very helpful, friendly staff.nnI will definitely be back.

If you're headed down 40 to the beach it is only a few minutes out of the way off 364, then you can head down to 369 and get back on. The manager does her best to stock this place with a wide selection of bourbon (for what NC will allow lol ughh).
