Had a few minor issues with the Wifi at our rental. Greg at Brindley stepped up to get the issue resolved for us quickly (including a drive up North to pick up a mifi for the unit). Rental experience has been seamless and the unit is in a great location.

This place gets 5 stars from our family. The place Fitz's Wave watcher gets 5 stars a well. We are very pleased great trip 2019 July 4th. Thanks guys!! Counting down for next year now.

I’ve rented from Brindley Beach in the past for wedding and event homes and they have been nothing but stellar to work with.

Horrible property management company. Our rental property was so dirty on the exterior that the decks and pool area were unusable. We called the first day to get it cleaned and they deflected and delayed until after 4 days of calling twice a day, we spent 2 hours cleaning everything ourselves. We normally rent with Twiddy and they are much better.

I’ve been renting through WPM for almost 2 decades. I’ve enjoyed it enough to keep coming back to the same house, sometimes more than once in a given summer. WPM and the Mr. Perry, the property owner should certainly take credit along with the views and good vibe; the success of their working partnership is evident, and their personal attention is appreciated. WPM has always been very accommodating, responsive, flexible and considerate of our family’s needs. The oceanfront property I visit has been subject to intense abuse from the elements, and has still continually improved after every setback. Overall, my experience has always been refreshing. (Now if only I could buy that place, then I’d get to continue the tradition).
