Sea Dunes

Great Outer Banks Oceanside Townhome complex located in Kitty Hawk with 2 private dune access points to the beach, clubhouse with racquetball court, gym, game room, outdoor pool, hot tub, and basketball courts. It is located near many restaurants and shopping.

We rented a condo (H6) from Sun Realty for a week. Starting June 20th. Very good proximity to the ocean right across the street, decent pool and amenities. Let's start with the good...one car large garage and new decking...the bad...unit H6 was terribly outdated, and not kept up what so ever.. clearly these owners are in it to turn a profit and that is it. Everything in the condo was either outdated or badly in need of repair. I paid after taxes $1500....bad decision on my part. I will not be visiting this condo again.

They keep the condos up and everyone is friendly. I love that it's close enough to the ocean that you can walk to it.

Awesome!!!! The owner is great to work with!!! Very convenient to beach and restaurants.

Best place ever we stayed in L-1 oceanfront view and very well kept place.
