Spiders! Home was infested by spiders, thousands of them. We parked our cars under the house and near it the first night and the next morning they were cocooned. What a waste of money. I feel bad for the owner. The company that manages the property (Southern Shores Realty)should be fired. The fact that the Company that manages his home let it get to this level is criminal. The house itself is nice but when you can’t use the decks because of the spiders it really kills the appeal. Until this issue is fixed please don’t waste your money.
