I recently had a meaningful piece of jewelry that needed to be redone. Tim took so much time and attention to help me replace the stone and find just the right setting. I was so appreciative of the care he took and of the excellent job that was done. I could not be more satisfied not only with the piece of jewelry but with customer care. I am so grateful.

I recently had a ring resized and my diamond put in a new setting. Also an appraisal is in process. The communication throughout the entire process has been stellar. Tim explains the process thoroughly and I always feel comfortable asking whatever I need to. The atmosphere at Creative Jewelers is gentle and attentive with no pressure.
