My wife lost the diamond from her Grandmother's wedding ring and we went to Murphy's Diamond Center to get an idea on what it would take to replace it, on our anniversary day. Great service and pleasant counter staff. We were on a tight budget and couldn't afford anything too costly, but they went above and beyond to make my wife happy and understood the emotional aspect behind this repair. I would highly recommend this store for the customer service and pleasant business dealings. Great place. Thanks again.
I can't say enough about the staff here. First off if they don't have it they will move mountains to try to get it or have it made. In my case both mine and my fiance's rings had to be custom made or ordered. The onsite jeweler did an amazing job of resizing her ring. So good I can't see any brazing or cut points. My ring, simply amazing! The custom laser engraving is super detailed. Needless to say I will be a customer no matter where I live the rest of my life.
They only help you if you look rich...Otherwise they dont even speak to you when you come in...
