Just can't say enough about Greg and the entire team at Spectrum Properties...they bend over backwards to make you happy!nnI've been a customer for over 2 years, I’ve stayed in 4 of their rental properties, each one more spectacular than the last. They go above and beyond at every turn; they are professional, knowledgeable, generous and kind…and they know the true value of customer service - such a rare gem these days. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!

We rented My Blue Heaven in July. There was a long list of issues that Spectrum never fully addressed to our satisfaction. We have left repeated messages for the property manager and have yet to receive a call back.nnOur issues:nThe owner of Blue Heaven Lives in one side of the duplex and doesn’t respect agency.nNo door on one bedroomnAC can’t keep upnOutlets that don’t work.. when you find one that works it can’t support a hairdryer. Actually worried about the electric in the house.nNo access to the backyard (even outside) without going thru a bedroom. Bottom level is closed off to renter.nTwo days without a dryer, then repair person came.nSeptic had to be pumpednPlumber came- toilets still rannCan’t lock some of the doorsnOwner keeps telling us to close gate, gate needs springnTwo balcony spindles aren’t connected at the bottom on level 3 balcony.nnTo sum it up we felt we were the guinea pigs for this new rental.

I want to give this rental company a 5 star rating and a very special thank you to greg and ashley ! The property me and my family stay at was A Place at the beach in Atlantic beach the property has amazing pools and playground grill area and access to the beach ! The original condominium we had booked was not ready they made sure we was put in a condominium at the property we had originally chosen because we only bought one car and to remind you the condo are privately owned by others greg and them only manages them for these people and we also had car issue and they made sure we where comfortable while having to stay a extra night unexpectedly while a new water pump was being installed so we will most definitely be back in August to stay for a week and bring the kids ! The beds where very comfortable and even with repair work going on from hurricane season last year we never was disturbed by the workers or noises it's a very quiet peaceful place and felt very safe !
