We rented a condo that was an adapted motel. The rental was as expected, the pool seemed well maintained, and arrival was fine. The problem came when we tried to reach them with 2 questions. I left messages 3 times and no one returned the call. The next day I finally reached someone who helped me with 1 problem but we never did get the WiFi code. I’m still waiting for the call back.
We had a few minor issues when we first arrived but TS of Realty World came promptly to our unit to help us resolve them. We had a wonderful week and look forward to staying at a Realty World managed property again soon. Thanks again for your prompt attention!
Our family had a great vacation. A place at the beach had really nice amenities, the room was spacious and very thoughtful in regards to beach chairs, umbrellas and almost anything you would need for a day at the beach.
We are so disappointed. We reserved a home in Atlantic Beach in April for the week of July 22. We were contacted on July 3 to let us know the property would not be ready, therefore they secured us another home through a different real estate agency. This was ok, but the rental was changed from Saturday to a Sunday. Two families will therefore miss a day’s vacation in order to return home for work. We will never use this company again!
I use First Coast Realty to manage a rental home in Marshallberg. I live in CT, this is my first long-distance landlord experience and so far, the respect, patience and pro-active philosophy of this agency has proved to create an honest and open relationship that serves to enhance the lives of the folks that actually come to stay in the house. Additionally, I most appreciate the fluid manner that my personal relationship with the staff, including Katherine Dennett and Karen Willis have allowed my concerns and disappointments to be voiced without judgement so that I can come to understand how to better fulfill my role as owner and allow their expertise to shine.. So we grow together. Unusually delightful. The trades that they have access to have been prompt and demonstrate fine workmanship and respect for the tenants.
