Smile Starters- Conover

If I could rate them zero stars I would. The reason I went here to begin with was because I had broken a tooth and when I went for my first appointment I was under the impression they were going to look at the tooth and then I’d come back and get it fixed, instead I got a cleaning which is fine I didn’t care about that, but they never even told me when I would be getting my tooth that’s broken fixed. When I called and ask they said they have the tooth and during my next appointment they will fix it. So I went back today with the understanding they were going to fix my tooth and a couple cavities and then I’d have to come back for the rest of the cavities, but once again they did not fix my tooth they did one cavity, and when I asked why they didn’t fix it the dentist said we have the tooth but I didn’t know we were going to fix it today. So therefore I told him I do not want to return and he said whatever I don’t have time for this and then left. He was rude and completely unprofessional and I will not be returning here for any more of my services.

They did an awesome job pulling my child teeth they explain to him what was they was going to. They calmed him down. I loved they talk to the kids as well as the adult.. Thanks Smile Starter...

In my opinion they are the WORST!!!! Girls in the back are rude and they have new “rules” every time you go back!! With new staff they would be much better. Not to mention the place isn’t very nice or appealing on the inside. Oh and did I mention THEY TAKE FOREVER!

We got there at 755 am and was out with a filling by 835 am we love the in and out the staff is always nice and can always answer questions if we have many aiden has been going there for 5 years now than u for all y’all do

Sometimes he fakes a pain and says he needs the dentistnStaff takes time to answer questions and make us feel welcome from time we start visit till time to end visit.
