And they take their covid guidelines seriously as well.

I just had a fabulous experience getting my ears re-pierced at Dzul. Cata was an absolute doll and Evelyn at the front desk was super welcoming. I was hesitant to go to a piercing studio during this Covid madness but they were professional, friendly and the studio felt very safe and clean. Thanks for an awesome experience!

We were scheduled for a ear piercing, required a deposit to secure their time. Called us to let us know their piercer won’t make it in today and we had to cancel the appointment because they couldn’t see us for another 2-3 days. Unprofessional for sure but at least they called us back to let us know.nnEdit: they still have not refunded me the deposit, so I had to file a credit card dispute. I would avoid this shop.

I came in for my first piercing (orbital) and Cata was very welcoming and made the process super smooth as well as showing me how to take care of it for the future. I really think this is a great place with super welcoming people.

I had a great experience here! My piercer was Catalina and she gave me a septum piercing. She was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable and fully explained all the tools and procedures she was doing. When I arrived, a group of men were clearly upset with the shop. They were visibly very drunk and the workers could not tattoo them because of this. Catalina was very professional and apologetic as she explained that apart from consent concerns, tattooing/piercing drunk people could potentially be harmful for their health. During all the commotion, the shop employees were very kind and professional. Anyways, I would die for Catalina, she was an angel and I will definitely go to her for my next piercing!!
