If you are going to have surgery, this is the place to be. Clean facility. Nurses were top-notch. I went into the facility extremely nervous but felt at ease after. 10/10 would recommend!

Not first time having surgery nor experiencing hospitals and outpatient centers. With the exception of the surgeon and recovery nurse, very uncaring staff had no compassion for how stressful this can be even in normal times when there's not a pandemic going around. Disappointing that this is a Cone Health facility. I expected better.

By far, the best care I have received! Hopefully, I will not need to come back for any new surgeries, but If I did, I will be coming here.

I was here on June 12th having cataract surgery; Nice facility, I had probably 5 or 6 nurses to help get me ready for surgery. All were very nice and professional. Also, had a Great Doctor. Was in and out in a short period of time.

Nice facility, Doctors are wonderful, A couple of the nurses are very cold. Had to take my son who is 5 years old in for surgery and they spoke to him as if he was a 30 year old. Very rude and I know they wouldn't want their child spoken to in such a manner. I Have to pay $3000 for the surgery I expect my son and I to be treated with respect and courtesy. If my son or anyone I know has to have surgery I will make sure to tell them to no go to this facility.
