Was recommended to LC from a friend whose mother in law stayed there. They are solely a Rehab facility, no longer assisted living. We met Leslie and Kayla. Unfortunately this was during Covid, so no tour was possible. They made me feel very much at ease, turning mom over for her treatments. She required a lot of work. The rehab team was wonderful. Mom was very happy with all of the staff there, and was treated with much dignity and respect. Management went above and beyond to take care of anything that we needed. The only thing I would suggest improvement is on the communication to loved ones.

This facility has provided my uncle with poor care, the lack of professionalism and neglect that he has suffered is sickening. This facilities neglect to take care of my uncle has left him severely dehydrated for an extended period of time before we were notified which has led to additional issues. To know that your loved one is being mistreated and not properly taken care of in a place that you have in trusted them in is unacceptable, in the mist of a pandemic when families aren’t allowed to visit there loved ones, one would expect for the facility to provide proper, safe, and efficient care I would not recommend this facility to anyone!

This facility gets a thumbs down.My Uncle came there last year and my sister and I visited often brought him snacks and everything that he needed to be comfortable considering. Im gonna make a long story short after his stroke he didn't do alot of talking his nurse was Crystal whom my sister often spoke with after this pandemic hit a couple of staff tested positive for Covid then we received a call stating my Uncle was infected with Covid. Some how he became I'll we know now it wasn't due to Covid the literally was starving him and he was dehydrated to the bone Crystal told the family to come there to see him because he was col my sister told her to call EMT her response was its nothing emt can due for him. So basically she was saying he's dying every body please check on you family members they are only there for a pay check. Thank God my Uncle is alive by the grace if aGod.

Thumbs down to this place my uncle was sent there initially for Rehab due to a stroke. February 2020 well than COVID hit the facility was doing well without anyone getting COVID. I Called often and almost weekly I took my uncle snakes. He was admitted in as a resident because I saw the Care on the rehab side and not the other side. Around Thanksgiving I went to visit my uncle with my brother who came from out of town. My uncle was in someone room trying to get a soda I then saw a nurse or care taker and told her where he was because we had glass door visits. She was out side going to her car she hurried back in and cought him coming out of the room. She and another nurse or care taker had no mask her mask was on her chen, and the other lady mask was under her nose. I saide to my brother she has no mask on. This is one week after a employee tested positive for COVID. In December the facility start getting lots of positive test from COVID. My Uncle was one after hearing that I called everyday to check on my uncle. Christmas I took his gift. Kayla, Leslie, Tiffany, Lola, end Crystal all told me at some point his was doing ok he is not eating or drinking like they want him too. But did not tell the severe of it well Cristal called me on January 13 @ 8:30 am and told me my uncle made a dramatic change overnight and he is not responding. She asked Would y'all like to come see him I than told her no it's COVID infested up there 90% of the facility tested positive for COVID BRANDEN told me.I asked call the ambulance she said I don't think it's nothing the ER could do he's cold. I told her I couldn't talk right now I have to hang up I'll call you back in frantic mode. I said I call everyday and they were telling me everything was fine she saide I know you do. I went into prayer before I could say Amen Christal called me back and said the ambulance is on it's way needless to say my uncle is alive on this day January 14th my uncle was so dehydrated his liver almost stopped functioning he had not ate or drink for over three weeks nor did he talk or walk. If I had not told her to call the ambulance he would have died laying in that bed from NO CARE! The Lord is going to bring Justice. AMEN!!!

This is a wonderful place! My mother has been treated like family here. The nurses, all of them especially one in particular (Angela) have been angels!! I recommend this place to anyone if the time comes and your loved one cannot be at home. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother! ❤nKaren
