Sam is great, she has helped me where other PT has failed. In just a couple of weeks my 2+ years of chronic pain has been significantly reduced. Highly recommend Pivot. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Pivot PT changed my life! My PT Sam was amazing and helped me through my injury to become stronger and better than I ever was before. She always challenged me and answered all of my questions (I had a lot!). The other PTs, Gina (owner) and Jeremy were also incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Hailey and Jennifer at the front desk always made me feel welcome and like a good family friend. If you need physical therapy the Burlington location of Pivot is where you want to go. Amazing experience and I highly recommend them!

I would recommend Pivot to any and everybody. Coming from an college athlete, the environment is family friendly and Gina has pushed me to get back to my original form in a short time. She is very knowledgeable and made a great, personalized plan in order to get me back as healthy as possible! Definitely the best physical therapy around!

Pivot Physical Therapy is a place I would recommend to every who needs to get back to their original state of health. The folks at Pivot PT are friendly and make you feel at home. Jeremy, my PT and Hailey at the front desk are great! They are always smiling and always checking in with me how I was doing and all that. That is by fay the best health facility I have every been at. I was terrified after the car accident that I may not be fit again. But few a weeks into the rigouous but fun workouts, I am almost fully back to my normal self. Few weeks to go and hope to recover fully by then. Special thanks to Jeremy and Hailey. You guys are amazing!!!!

Pivot in Burlington is the absolute best! Jennifer at the front desk is so helpful and kind and the manager Gina is so caring and gentle with her patients. I had never heard of dry needling before and was absolutely terrified of trying it but she explained everything in full detail and didn’t push me to try it until I was ready. And now that I’ve seen the effects I’m only upset I didn’t start doing it years ago! Without her knowledge and concern for me I wouldn’t have known this amazing technique existed. If you suffer from chronic back pain and disc issues you should call them!
