Troutman Family Dentistry

Dr. Cole has been a kind caregiver, and I don't dread going to get work done. Even when my visit is for an unpleasant purpose, like getting a filling, she is careful, thorough, and gentle. I've had no issues with anything she has done for me. The staff at Troutman is welcoming, quick and thorough. Even through COVID-19 restrictions, they have adapted to provide care safely. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I called on Monday to request an appointment as a new patient because I've been working remotely since March and didn't feel like driving all the way into Chapel Hill. I expected to be scheduled at least a month out but got an appointment the very same day I called!! Everyone from the front desk staff (Crystal and Paige), to the dentist (Dr. Coal), hygienists (Holly and Ashely), etc. were absolutely amazing. They were kind, helpful, super smart, and so efficient. I won't be going back to the dentist in Chapel Hill. I've found my new 'forever' dentist!

Always awesome!! Professional, clean, courteous, safe. Even in this day of Covid stuff, I was not worried and was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and care.

The staff here is wonderful! The front desk is always so helpful in getting me scheduled/rescheduled. The dentist (Dr. Cole) always takes the time to make the visit personable and spends time with me verses rushing in and out. The hygienist (Kim) is thorough, sweet, and made my visit enjoyable. She provided excellent patient education and was a joy to be around. Overall they go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. In this pandemic, they are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of everyone there, and I felt like I was always in the best hands. Thank you!
