Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry

Had a tooth pulled two days ago. Very pleasant and painless experience. The dental assistant was very caring and professional. She asked questions and was there for me. I think her name was Laurie or similar. Dr. T was also very caring and asked questions about my health, etc. She explained what was going on through the experience and asked me how I was doing. Great dentist. The two of them worked very well together. The tooth came out so fast and it was painless. It is already healing nicely. The only negative thing I have to say is I wish the reception area had clean pens to give out like most medical offices. I don't like being handed a pen with Covid. And put out more sanitizer. That's the only reason I rated it a four instead of five.

I will start by saying that I have been going here for my routine dental cleanings for the last few years and have been exceptionally happy with the care I have received and the experience. I have actually recommended this place to several friends.nToday, I went in for my routine cleaning with no issues to report but was turned away because I wanted to hold off on the PREVENTATIVE X-rays because I’m in the last few weeks of my third trimester of pregnancy. I informed the hygienist I understood that it wouldn’t be as thorough of a visit but was completely okay with that since I’m not having any issues. Unfortunately, It was still recommended I reschedule that they wouldn’t be able to do my visit without X-rays.nnSoo if you’re pregnant and wanting to hold off on X-rays I would not waste your time by coming here otherwise this place is great. I, however will not be coming back due to the lack of accommodations and understanding.nn*I should note that I’m aware it’s very unlikely the X-rays would be harmful but it’s preventative so I don’t find it necessary.

The doctor (who's name I can't pronounce) and her assistant, Sherry, were both top notch. I had a filling and the doctor took the time to check out my bite, making sure I didn't have further problems. Thank you both.

VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE VERY ORGANIZED, I HAD A TOOTH PULLED AND I WAS VERY NERVOUS BUT THE LADIES IN THE ROOM WITH ME MADE ME FEEL RELAXED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM 100%.. THEY REALLY GOT THERE STUFF TOGETHER.. THANK YOU RICCOBENE FOR ALL YOU DONE FOR ME:)
