I thought the room size & amenities were perfect. I was not real happy with the cleanliness of the room. I clean houses for a living so I'm hyper-aware of whats cleaned & whats not. I found a cigarette lighter & bobby pins on the floor close to the bed. The refrigerator was not wiped out. There were crumbs inside. The bottom part of the toilet, where it meets the floor, was dirty & not wiped. The mattress was horrible! It sloped to 1 side so I had to sleep on the other side & not move. I checked in about 11pm & if I wasn't so tired, I would have asked to switch rooms. But I only slept & showered there and was out at 8am.

This was a very clean hotel. I was surprised and very satisfied. The coffee in the room sucks. The location wasn't the best. But I care mostly about the cleanliness of the room and I was satisfied. The front desk clerk was very nice and welcoming.

This place is horrible dirty bathrooms dirty beds. Customer service staff horrible. We booked for two nights did not stay. Due to the hotel being dirty. Then when my husband asked for a refund and I asked when will the money be back I’m my account he yelled. We were told the money would be refunded back in two days. The whole about was put back that night then they took 69.10 back out I called about it the next day I was told two to three days kept calling about it they said it was refunded. It was not the front desk lady yelled and then emailed me a receipt when it showed the last amount 69.10 was refunded yesterday 2/10 which she lied. This placed is horrible DO NOT SAY HERE.
