The Verizon store located in New Albany, Mississippi has got to be the neatest of all cell phone stores I’ve been in. It was extremely welcoming. The staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. Steve answered any and all questions I had. I Recommend this store over all in the area. Even after I got home the signal quality is also better than I had with my prior carrier. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VERIZON FOR YOUR CELL PHONE NEEDS. (Ask for Steve, he is great at what he does)

After many attempts to get my phone switched over, I called the Verizon Store in New Albany. Mallory answered and told me to come in. She was fantastic! She had it all switched over in no time. She was very professional and very nice. Thank you Mallory!!!!
