We had a problem driving to Oklahoma just after Thanksgiving. This was late in the evening and they were about to close for the evening. They stayed back and completed our work, and the owner gave us his number and assured us that if we had a problem on the way we should call him and he will find us help on the way. We had over 500 miles left on our journey. That is the best customer service i have to admit. Merry Christmas to the great team at DC Auto and the best service team.

The company is AMAZING. They are compassionate and caring. They helped me and my sister in the middle of the night and went above and beyond to help us get my tire fixed and on the road to our family. We will be forever grateful. If you are ever in this area in New Albany Mississippi and have a problem with your car Mr. Cody is the best his team are fast reliable and caring. Big shout out to mr. Tommy as well poor man was up all night trying to fix my tire you are a blessing.

I can’t say enough about these guys. Unbelievable service. We were passing thru town on 22 and had some brake issues on our 44’ 5th wheel. They came to our location (on the side of the road), did a temp repair, and followed us to their shop to fix it. All in all, was a great experience! Thanks guys!
