Reservations!! Went to celebrate our anniversary but didn't think to make a reservation, bummer. Should have known better. The food was incredible when they were in Ashland, expecting the same in New Albany. 3 Stars because I was so disappointed we couldn't be seated, or 5 Stars because we know the food is good?

As a chef trained in classic Italian, this place nails it. Great service every time I go, great food and a cozy atmosphere. Keep your processed Olive Garden, give me the real deal, scratch made awesomeness that's served up here.

The food and service were divine! Always great food from Ciao Chow. A hidden gem in a small community that welcomes and embraces all. The Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, spinach, and tomatoes was so tasty, I can’t wait to have it again. Also, if you‘re a tiramisu lover like myself, save room for dessert! My only request is that they add a pizza oven -I can only imagine ud83cudf55
