I had a terrible experience at Lowes in New Albany. I waited nearly an hour for my dryer to be brought to the front of the store for pickup. I called ahead and completed purchase over the phone. I then told them I would Be in to pick up the dryer in a few minutes. I arrived at 2pm. At this time I still have not gotten the dryer it is now 2:50 pm. I have been standing and waiting since. I am very dissatisfied with the service. People's time is valuable. The only good thing about this experience was the customer service agent who called for them to bring the dryer upfront.This is awful.
I usually don't know where the item(s) I'm looking for are located, not a problem here because an employee always asks if they can help you rather quickly. I've found them to be knowledgeable about their products and services. Pleasant experience ud83dude0a
There's always an employee to help you find what you need at Lowes. The employees are friendly and always willing to help. customer service is great here. The shelves are always fully stocked, well organized, and clean. The store and parking lot are always clean. They have a drive thru lumberyard. You can buy storage buildings here. They have a really nice garden center. A great place to shop
As always a very good experience. Bought my brothers birtday a drill/ screw driver it was fun .
