Two star for Service but the rest is because of the phone call I just made asking about a phone. I was calm trying to get information and she started getting mad like I knew what an A10 E was when I mainly deal with iPhones. Not long after she hung up without me even trying to figure out what it is.

Well someone hacked my phone and they said they couldn't help me said take it to a phone repair shop now I bought my phone, wifi hotspot, and my hacked phone took it to tupelo c spire and they said it was hacked to bad so I had to get another phone w.t.h.

Dont waste your time here. All they do is talk on their phones while customers are there. Then sale you a sim card that doesnt work. When you try to get your refund they screw up and your having to fight.
