People are helpful but working a flawed system. Recently took my Father for a procedure and asked to be here @ 1230 and now @ 1417 still have not gotten back to begin. Starkville missed an opportunity to have a professional management group take over hospital. Good people poorly managed.

Great care, reception area is severely lacking, but once you get past that, the medical team is awesome! I've been their way to many times due to kidney problems, but they are top notch! I've been in hospitals in 7 states...none compared. If they could just get the reception desk people to care just a little bit. They severely need some medical training and ability to know when something is urgent and what is not. You have to be obnoxious to get their attention!
