Just sat in reception area for 1hr with out being called in. This is ridiculous so I jus let them know I amd now leaving.

While I ended up going with Dr Berry in Columbus for my surgery I will say that they helped me in some degree in finding out that I needed to start taking Vitamin D supplements. I was impressed with his office staff. I have no regrets on taking a second opinion over to Columbus as they found my issue was not a hernia issue.

Twice within a month I've rearranged a complete week to have procedure done in this office, and twice I've been called saying my appointment needs to be rescheduled. The 1st time, I got the call as I was already driving to the office. The 2nd time was about 24 hours before my appointment. I will find another provider who can actually see me.

My husband has lithotripsy done and the stone wasn’t even broken afterwards! He had to have it done again. Very dissatisfied.
