Positive: From an instructor standpoint, Dr. Wong is very passionate and knowledgeable about all things medical. Based on her teaching style, you will pass the state tests, both the written test and the skills test. Her class sizes are very small So you feel involved, important and cared about. She provides you with the material you will need to be successful when taking your CNA exams, And does a mock Skills test with an actual nurse To make sure you're ready for the state exams. I still like the mock skills test was one of the most beneficial things we did in this course. Negative: I don't feel like the course it's self taught me anything beyond the basic things I had to know to pass the tests. For example, when taking my written test there were 5 or 6 categories I got anywhere from a 95% on to a 100% on and that was because that was exactly what she focused on and taught in the class. But one category I only got a 57% on because it was not once discussed, taught, or even mentioned in the course materials provided by her. You spend hundreds of dollars on the course but you don't get to keep your textbook or your workbook (you are required to turn them both back in as a perquisite for graduation, and the workbook is where 95% of the class work and homework come from. So at the end of the class you're stuck with a notebook filled with multiple choice answers that mean nothing. If you are a person that needs structure and organization this class may not be the best for you. Although she knows her stuff, I don't feel like she knew what she was gonna be teaching until she started teaching. I mean that sincerely. At times you could tell she was trying to figure out what she wanted to teach next and it felt like we were waiting for 5 minutes before something new was taught to us. There was no Structure to her class whatsoever and at times I felt like we sat there wasting time more often than actually doing productive things. I definitely learned a lot in her class and I want to make that very clear but I can't tell if I learned through trial-and-error, my own studies (from the provided course material), or just good plain old luck. I am still giving her 5 stars though and this is why. After taking my state exams, I passed with pretty high scores all around and even though The class was unorganized The things that doctor Wong did teach, were not forgotten and she did A fantastic job in teaching In such a way that we remember the skills and other important things needed to pass our exams. I would have liked to have had more hands on experience than we had. I will say I have had 1st aid/CPR Training courses that made me feel more prepared in an 8 hour class then the things I learned during this course...So if you want a class that will teach you everything a CNA could possibly need to know, you might want to look elsewhere but if you need Learn the basics, pass your exams, And master the entry level skills A certified nursing assistant needs this is the course for you.

THe knowledge, skills, and information that I learned in my month long class is irreplaceable. The connections and experience that she has is beyond anything I would of managed. Thank you for creating a safe and meaningful educational class.

When I first started this class I had mixed feelings. I had mixed feelings about the setup as well as the instructor. Dr. Wong teaches in a way that I have never been taught and at first I did not like it. I felt like she sat back too much and didn’t teach us anything. But then a few weeks passed and I realized how effective her technique was. She allowed us students to work with each other and figure things out. If we had questions, Dr. Wong would tell us the answers, but we had to ask. The setup was a little difficult because it was a 6 hour per day class, however, we had 2 hours of clinicals everyday and I felt like that helped us learn the skills inside and out. Tonight I took my written exam and passed with flying colors. I take my skills test next week and I have no doubt that I will pass that as well. This is a great course, but you need to be open minded to a different technique of teaching and learning.

I love that we got to see many different facilities over the course were able to learn what kind of environment we'd like to work in. I felt very confident in my skills to pass both the written and practical exams in such a short time. The length of the class is perfect, one month is amazing to be able to change careers. I will definitely recommend this course to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Wong!

Jeneen Wong does not teach the class. Instead she takes your money and has you do pointless busy work while she eats turtle salad and watches Netflix. When it comes to studying material, I hope you are good at teaching yourself the textbook and techniques used in the ‘90s. Highly recommend you spend money elsewhere and get an actual education rather than waste your time and money with someone pretending to be an instructor.
