My wait wasn't long at all. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

The wait time is awful I've been sittimg here for an hour and 15 minutes so far. When I asked what was taking so long they were very rude. Not sure if I want to return since my last doctors appointment took long as well. I paid for my appointment already. They need to get it together.

I had to come here today, April 10, 2018 and I was nervous at first after reading the reviews but once I got here, all of that went away. I did not have to wait long at all, considering I did not have an appointment. Nurse Practitioner, Mallory Mowdy was very kind and concerned. I was given two breathing treatments and a steroid shot and put on two different kinds of antibiotics and a inhaler. She is having in me come back in two days to check on me because she was so worried about my over all health.nThe whole staff were nice and I will be coming back here for my health care.nThank you to the NP and staff at Brookhaven Family Clinic for your care and concern.

Nurse practitioner and assistants were very helpful

After being told multiple times that my brother was allergic to a certain medicine, the nurse practitioner still prescribed that medicine. She was rude and ignored him when he explained his symptoms. She treated him like he was a crackhead looking for a fix. This is the second time she has done this. The first time, she didn't even send his prescriptions in. We will not return to this clinic.
