Poor communication with the staff their ability to assist you is unprofessional .they have failed to assist me numerous times. Water has been cut off in my area many many times and a boil water notice has never been issued plus the water stinks and taste funny

I love Jackson heart they explained everything to me, they were friendly and very quick getting me in and out !! I was very scared about my heart but when I got there they assured me my medicine were the best ! And they were I haven’t had any more episodes!!! Thank you

What can I say. This place is poorly operated and managed!! But it the only place in town to get water.

Customer service is no good at all lady on phone was very rude and how do u pay not one but two reconnect fees in a 30 day period
