Freindly people and good service. I went to this Lowes for some light bulbs and a shower head. The aisles were clearly marked and when I got a little turned around one of the associates asked if I needed help and directed me to the exact location of what I was looking for. Checkout had multiple registers open and an associate to direct traffic so that we could socially distance. My kids even got a project at checkout (that I did not have to ask or pay for). I love this Lowes.

Customer service non existing. After having someone paged 20 mins later we stopped a man of a forklift. to buy a gas heater for my father. Found out I could purchase it on the website for about 60$ less. But I need it today. It doesn't include a blower fan but says you can buy one separately. The only problem is lowes store does not carry them. So 30 minutes later and a massive headache. We go to leave the cashier was the only nice thing about the store. Shop online or buy local!
