They were very nice and cleaned our rings. They had to close due to covid. We got our rings back. One needed some work so they kept that one

Not a shopper! Certainly not a jewelry shopper. However the lady's maid it painless, yes nearly fun. Incredible service even through this COVID situation. Very impressed thank you.

One day I will purchase one of the many exquisite and lovely things in this wonderful store, but for now I am just grateful they are willing to change my watch battery once a year. (You can get a battery put in quickly while you wait, and at a very reasonable cost.) If you have a wedding or other special occasion coming up, I suggest you stop by Gardner-Collier and check out their selection. The store is actually much bigger than it looks from the street, and you will get knowledgeable and kind service.

Tony is a fantastic salrs person as well as repair jewelry man. He took care of my issues with a watch and and an family heirloom ring. I would recommend anyone looking for that special piece for someone special. Tony makes a lot of his own design pieces that are not only special and beautiful, but reasonable priced.
