I found an amazing contemporary rug that looks incredible in my home. The owner was very helpful and very informative. Shiraz Rug Gallery has excellent customer service, even for someone as indecisive as me. The owner patiently showed me rug and rug until I found the perfect one. I'm Never going anywhere else to shop for a rug. Overall great service and great selection. Will definitely come again!
I go here for my Persian rug cleaning and repairs. Jafar was able to get all the dirt and stains out of my Persian rug and even was able to repair the corner that was damaged. The rug looks good as new! I suggest you come see Jafar at Shiraz Rug Gallery for all your rug cleaning and repairs.
I've bought five different rugs from Jafar for different purposes in my home. Each purchase Jafar has taken the time to personally come to my home with a small selection of rugs for the areas I needed. He is up front with his pricing and has deep knowledge about styles, materials and ages of rugs. Other rug galleries I get ignored because I don't have the typical look of a rug collector, but as soon as I stepped into shiraz Jafar made me feel like I was at home.
I can't say enough nice things about Jafar and Shiraz Rugs Gallery. I called Jafar after we moved into our new home. With lots of space we found ourselves in need of some new rugs. We really liked their website, so we set an appointment and came to the shop. The owner is very friendly and showed us some great options. We eventually picked out a beautiful area rug and two accent rugs. They rugs look perfect in our new home! We will definitely be back for some runners, and when its time for a cleaning Shiraz Rug Gallery also offers rug cleaning so will will be back for sure.
