Amazing quality jewelry, great customer service, and overall a good experience that would be hard to find anywhere else. I purchased an engagement ring at Kent Jewelry, and their staff worked with me through several visits in order to find exactly what I wanted. Great locally owned small business. Took a ring in for resizing that I bought online. Without knowing the metal they were able to offer a variety of suggestions to improve the fit. It was finished in a timely manner and very very affordable. It turned out better than expected. Very pleased overall and highly recommend.
Extremely professional and courteous staff with solutions for an issue arising from a different source. Excellent communication and just a pleasure to work with. Obtained the needed item from one of their sources which fit perfectly. Very prompt with ordering correct mounting and jeweler put everything together while I waited.
