My wife had a stone fall out of her wedding ring that we bought at another jeweler that has since closed its doors. Reed & Sons looked at it for me and explaining in detail what would have to be done in order to fix her rings. It was a difficult hidden mount, but he wasn't scared of it at all and the results were amazing. The quote stayed the same and they had it done sooner then expected. The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous and the pay attention to detail. I especially like that they do their own work at their store. They also are very timely on their work and get your jewelry back to you very soon.

Took my antique wedding ring in when I lost a diamond. Many of the prongs needed to be replaced as well.
