Staff and doctor are very friendly, helpful and sweet. The prices for exams are very affordable for both insured and uninsured patients. Also, they are quick to answer the phone considering that most places can keep you on a long hold or send you straight to voicemail. I was seen 5 or so minutes upon arriving at my appointment time. I will be back in the future! :)
Always very knowledgeable and helpful. Goes above and beyond. Doesn't rush you. Answers questions thoroughly and is very kind. Especially since some clients are low income he does not treat them different. My glasses broke once and he let me pay for part of the frames and leave with my glasses trusting me to return with the additional amount a few days later. I couldn't believe it. No one is that nice anymore. As long as he's in business. He's got my business. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you DR.
I absolutely love Dr Min and his staff! They're excellent with my children and have done an amazing job making sure that they can see without any issues. I was able to make an appointment for three children at the same time without any issues at all and all three were treated with respect and received amazing care when it came to working with their difficulties in reading and following directions. We have had zero issues with their prescriptions and have never had an issue during our appointments either. I can't say how much I love this place enough. I have been to other eye doctors that were very dissatisfactory and had long wait times for appointments. We have never had to wait and have always been seen right away during our appointments even on school days which I seriously appreciate because instead of missing a whole day of school I was able to drop my kids off at school afterwards and still have them attend for half a day which is way better than a full missed day of their education.
I was struggling to find my correct graduation for years. I had previously seen 2 doctors who were no help, but doctor Min did it! He was super fast, and accepted my Apple Health Insurance. Definitely best eye doctor ever!
I was a little nervous seeing Dr. Min based on some of the reviews here, but decided to give him a try, and I have to say I found him to be courteous, professional and very easy to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone, and will be going back. I have every confidence in Dr. Min and his staff.
